Giving You the Best Experience

We love all of our clients at GOTOX, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our care. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. ​

 

Cancellation Policy - We ask that you notify us no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time if you are unable to make it. Please note that appointments made within 24 hours are subject to confirmation by one of our practitioners. Upon booking, a credit card is required to hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up for your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show, you may be charged a $25 fee. Please be respectful of others who would love your appointment slot & the providers time.

Refund Policy - The purchase of promotional packages or discounted/sale services are non-refundable.
